If you ask me to be a plotcel I could say that the story uses generic terms to provide a generic story but if you're downloading this sound novel in a site like itchio, you're not here to "consume content", you're here to listen to another individual.... and maybe porn, or hell, maybe both! My point is that us humans are "generic". We live generic lives in a generic world that despite fitting the same generic life we fight onwards to keep living...... why? not only why do we keep living, but why do we all have this generic life struggles in our own generic way? why do we keep trying to keep a generic facade and as soon as we get home we delve in the generic cycle of doomscrolling or performing a hobby?
The vn doesn't really explore this but rather the existence of someone that still fights to keep going despite their shit life circumstances because to explore that wasn't the point, the point is that someone, even in the worst circumstances can do something to keep going, which is exactly what this game is as described in the "Battle Report" released shortly afterwards. 

While it didn't tell *me* anything new due to my annoyingly eventful life, it helped as a hug. A hug from a past self that had it worse, telling me and showing me I can still make some fire to lead the worms away, and that no matter how small and faint the fire can be, "never again, not by choice", will that fire go away.
