I'm surprised to see this is a completed game and not a demo because it's so slight. There are a great deal of loose plot threads hanging. I was frustrated after finishing the game, because the worldbuilding had more potential than what was actually delivered.

I wouldn't consider it an otome because it's not focused on romance. Instead your interaction with the Elijah is all about his mental and emotional wellbeing. Even the yandere elements were rather tame and lacked the dere that I would expect from the trope. 

On a personal note, I found the Christian overtones off-putting. Combined with a line Elijah says about hoping the person behind the MC isn't a man, something about the game felt oddly conservative despite the environmental themes.
