Love this game! My current (probably wildly off) conspiracy theory is that BB used to be Red Biker, Red and MC were dating, got into motorcyle accident together, both got amnesia, MC doesn't remember Red or bikes at all, and BB has severe memory loss and only remembers MC, hence the obssession but he doens't know why he's obsessed AND thats why the bike has a Scarlet scar, bc it used to be painted red and that is showing, and he has the beat up red helmet that looks familiar, and maybe hes scared to show his face bc then she might remember and the doctors warned against that.
