The art is great; however, there are times when it's text heavy. Those times either need extra sprite or art to feel more alive. The story is coming along, and the side quests are usually interesting. However, the dungeon path quests always have at least one unnecessarily tedious mini-game.  Feels like time developing and planning those could be better spent on advancing the plot or working on the aforementioned art. The silver lining is they tie into the quest/story. Lastly, even after doing some of their quests there are still a lot of unnamed characters like the oldest nun. Weird that she doesn't have a name yet the other two do.

Edit: I am updating my review 3 years later. 3 years. Characters still don't have names. The story has barely progressed. The game is marked as completed. The story and most of the subplots remain open and unresolved. Entirely unsatisfying especially after watching FEYADA start and advertise many other projects on itch for years. All that time and effort could have gone into finishing this game, but no. I'm lowering my rating from 4/5 to 3/5. The saving grace is the game's art and length. It does at least have great art and it's clear to see that a lot of time and effort went into what is there. It's just not finished.
