I absolutely love the core mechanic of this game, and it is such a compelling way of story-telling that only a video game can execute.  When I would observe the interaction of one or two crew members in their private conversation, I would put myself in their shoes, such that when they wandered into another room with other people, I would hear the larger conversation with their private context in mind.  The writing is wonderful, and the world-building made me feel so immersed!
