Could not recommend this game more highly if you like exploration.  Platforming feels good, controls are tight, and even when you fall you can get right back up again.  Despite the lack of meaningful failure states (there's no real way to lose, and challenges can always be repeated), A Short Hike remains fun to poke around in.  All of the NPCs have very clear personalities, and the island has an incredible sense of place.
