otome_Lov3r rated Wild Hunger (Chapter 2)

A downloadable game for Windows and Linux.

There's no depth at all. I don't understand how the characters bond with the MC just from 1-2 interactions, even if there was previous animosity with one another. For example (mild spoilers), Azreal would insult and judge MC for simply bumping into him, but then give MC his number and miraculously favor her over Reggi the next day, even though he believed MC was stupid for interacting with him in the first place... The storyline feels very linear, so that the outcome would be the same even if you played things differently. I'm aware that there are multiple endings, but the dialogue kills any depth the story's lore had, such as the banter MC has with Azreal and Reggi, i.e., "Let's do X and Y," ----> "sorry Z is calling me," ---> "Let's do A and B now," and it repeats over and over again. It feels like a chore. There's no room for the game to deviate, to build on itself,  enough literacy to leave room for the imagination. I can say, however, that there is potential for the concept of the story; it just needs the right execution. The art and sprites for the game are unique and great to look at, so there's that. I hope the game becomes what it strives for.
