Pretty cool game, though it's short and easy, even if you 100% it, despite the extra padding of having to redo a few stages to unlock all the paths.
I mean, "easy" as soon as you figure out that the lightning and big fires have shockingly big hitboxes. I'd say anyone could no-hit 100% of the game pretty easily other than the last level of the good ending having some odd lightning patterns.

As for the lewd content, it's got huge boobs, a huge butt, clothing destruction, uncensored nipples, uncensored butthole (clean), censored pussy (white bars), soft vore (w/ getting burped/sneezed(?) out), bouncing belly while you're inside her stomach (xray), spanking, tickling, vaginal sex (2 poses), stripping, shrinking (you) to sneak into her top, size growth (her), and some size difference giantess stuff. 
Dev says the sex scenes are "rape", but she doesn't really seem like she hates it at all so it doesn't really come across as such.

Is the game worth $7? Ehhhhhhh... Not for me, but I'm a stingy miser who one-shot the whole game only getting hit like twice ever, and I feel like a $7 game should be a bit longer, or a little harder to get players to have to redo a few stages just to pad the time a little.
Maybe a hard mode that unlocks a couple lewder variations of a couple images, IDK.
