Music is nice.

Maybe put a warning before that Spiral thingy at the start appears. If you're tired and/or have a bad sense of balance, this thing screws with your brain.

Bonus points for not making a generic fire ball the starter spell.

Nice, beginner-friendly first boss (talking about the earth golem at the end of the port town).

Also, thanks for the boat-shortcut back to the beginning of the stage. Much appreciated. Way too many games make you walk all the way back from such locations.

Fancy little lock animation for the gold key door.

It's nice that save points double as teleporters back to the grimoire room.

The puzzle room (ice slides and spike traps) was well done.

Interesting gimmick that you can dash through the circling blades. If you know that trick, getting past them is pleasantly easy.

Discovered the cheat menu accessible via backspace.

Nice gradual buildup of difficulty. Took me a few tries to get the Berserker's Brand in the forest.

!! Pretty sure the find the third find the survivor quest displayed 30 skull icons as cost bust consumed the spiral ones for ghosts. Did you maybe redesign those and forget to change it? !!

Only played up to and including the Petrified Forest so far, but games seem solid! Nice job!
