If you ever work on this again, here's how I think you can improve it a bit:
- add the ability to zoom in/out, with mouse wheel or with settings
- change the tree puzzles to use more pixels so that equality/inequality is more obvious
- add a couple more puzzles that explain how squares do and do not work -- I managed to get quite far with a flawed understanding of their mechanic
