I'll give it five stars when interactions with the ladies progress and get more intimate. I love Asian women, so this is a no-brainer for me.      The interactions with the women could be more varied, instead of the identical bodies with the different heads tacked on. 

Hana looks ridiculous doing the ahegao face and peace sign. That is behavior better suited for a younger woman.

The K-Pop idol thing? I don't know yet. I never was into J-Pop idols either. Not really my cup of tea. At least this is better than the cut-and-paste love making scenes.
