A joyful Elizabethan romp through quackery and pseudoscience.
This is a narrative game offering the player (a doctor diagnosing his patients with Astrology) various choices based on the alignment of the stars. There's not a lot to the gameplay, but the presentation is above and beyond: from the pop-up book interface to the stellar voice acting to - yes! - Elizabethan verse sung by a choir to advance the story.
Speaking of the story, it's not long before our 'good doctor' gets involved in all sorts of mischief. He is a ludicrous anti-hero who is a delight to play. I'd elaborate on his exploits but that would spoil the biggest joys of the game.
