I haven't read through it all, but goddamn this is incredible. The Story has a warmth to it, all tinged in a somber melancholy of "what could have been", the sort that appears when putting your life into the context of where it happened. 

Looking at the terrible things that happened to you to put you on your path, but also the things you've done, the people you've met that made it bearable ... at least for a little while. 

It is a wish fulfillment, of the worst kind.

Update:

So I finished it, and its been delightful all the way through, it breaks the mold of how culture treats people who take their own lifes (I mean not reeeeally what happened here but ygwIm), and the take on afterlife was refreshing, though horrifying in its own way.  (Existing forever is not a nice thought imo) 

There's so many little things unanswered within the world and the characters, so I hope you'll continue doing things with this world. Just uhm, take it easy yeah? Creation is a Marathon not a Sprint.
