Tried the Newgrounds version. It has some promise but as it is right now, it's more or less a preview and feels more like a quick time event sequence on loop. The placement of the button prompts are also rather distracting as it's located on the lower left and so you don't get to focus on the animation that plays which is a real shame. The animation itself looks fine and the timing of the impact feels like it has something going for it.
