0 Preparation.

Played with my D&D group and it came together instantly. The absurdity of the setup immediately functions to break the ice, everyone was instantly comfortable getting into RP for their horrible goblins. A system that is literally just detailed enough for there to be structure but open enough for basically anything at all to work.  Kind of brilliant.
