Nice things first: the ui and backgrounds are great

Thats the only compliment I have, now for the bad parts.

The story is clearly: highschool students, mc lives with his mom and his big sis after dad dies, his childhood best friend is next door, living with his hot mom.

But because the devs are cowards, they wrote that story, but changed the words to 'landlady, college, and family friend' 

This would be fine, if that was the actual story they wrote. The problem, it is not the story they wrote. They wrote a very anime story, but lie to us players about what things are. They don't even give us an option to rename the characters' roles so we can have the REAL story, at least town of passion did that much. 

I am totally down for playing a story that is about a kid losing their dad, then moving in with a family friend, and going to college while his best friend rents out the next-door neighbor's house. That sounds fun to me. College is a great place to explore.

The problem is, you have to actually write that story. This is not what they wrote.

I know, I know 'oh poor me, the most popular nsfw game of all time won't make money on patreon if i don't lie to you' well guess what, you could have either made this a substar game and been honest to us, or you could have just told the college story that you tell us is here but is not.

You get no forgiveness from me, no sympathy. You might as well not even have a story if you're going to lie about it. There is no point; just remove it and make it 'sexy times only' at that point.

Note, I would also play the high school family dating sim, obviously, but I get they are too scared to make that. Thats why mangagamer exists, to stop liars like this.
