Masterfully simple yet delightfully fun. A Short Hike is a brilliant game that not only delivers on charming visuals and clever characters, but it also will grab you with it's prefect balance of challenge. As you collect more feathers you can fly longer.  Textbook "flow state".  

Exploration in A Short Hike feels exciting like stumbling upon some kind of secret quest in an old Zelda game, minus the combat of course. The quirky characters and sarcastic writing remind me of Earthbound.
