3 star not because the game is bad, because the game doesn't start properly it takes me to steam and steams says I don't have a licenses

Edit: so the dev left some steam files in game accidentally, just remove "steam_api64.dll" and steamworks_x64.dll" after you extract the game files, then the game will work, this will be removed by next update
