A really sweet and short visual novel!
What i Liked:
- The art! Both Santa and the background are really pretty!
- The story. It's simple, but conveys a feeling of wholesomeness through the delightfully sweet dialogue. If the goal was to convey a sweet, abeit brief, moment of joy in the main character's life, then you succeeded! (Hang in there Santa!).
- Gecko Santa! Santa is a gecko!!!!!
What i was neutral on:
1. Short Length. It's a tiny story, it could've been made longer for sure, bit i fear that would've detracted from the "Small moment of wonder/joy/whimsy " feeling it gives.
What i didn't like:
1. Nothing. There's nothing i didn't like. Functionally it's perfect. It does everything it sets out to do and sticks the landing.
Rating + Notes:
10/10 - Just a really nice Christmas visual novel. Short enough to complete on a work break, and a delightful experience. I'll definitely be revisiting this next Christmas.
(Seriously, there's a Gecko Santa! Gecko, Santa! What's not to love?)
