i think its very well written, but the main character actually is far more interesting than either of the love interests. i don't particularly care what tristian's deal is or oscar's softer backstory because they're such footnotes compared to the literal horror the MC is just slogging through. they have frightening, persistent hallucinations that edge on reality, theres a big wolf-dog just living in their house, and i'm sure they're suffering exposure in that drafty mansion of their's. the fact that they're getting married is the least of their concerns. i also think the omegaverse aspect isn't very notable if you don't choose the options that result in oscar's CG -- the MC being an omega otherwise doesn't impact anything in the story materially.

it's very beautiful and the MC's characterization is very solid, but there's little reason to pursue either LI-- i'm more concerned with getting my character through the day
