Great take on the Tower Defense.  I do have one little complaint, despite me giving you a 5 star, and that is the game is a bit slow starting.  Maybe make the speedup button always toggle and not just during the autowaves.  Oh, and probably a tips page to tell us what each status actually does and what-not.
