As someone who values intellectual and philosophical framework in gaming, i find Soulscraft to be a refreshing experience. While i'm not well versed in theMinecraft IP, the games narrative structure and reconstruction of IP concepts really helps fill a gap making the game very functional and unique; while at the same time not inhibiting me because i just don't know that much about it. This game is not built like the "nothingism" of aimless sandboxes by using character design system that reflects the tone and streamlines the experience to bringing this game to the table. Its a great roleplaying game for those who want to inhabit the spirit of the Minecraft world in a whole new creativity not tethered by the blocky constraits of the video game.
