The game is (almost) fully voiced and generally well-rendered, but the physics are rough and so are the controls.  It has various glitches, and plenty of signs pointing to its nature as a work in progress.  I don't hold those rough edges against it currently due to the obvious work in progress nature of the game.  

The story is interesting so far (having played for around two hours at time of writing), though it seems to have some big parts missing.  It picks up after what I would have called the first story chapter or mission or what have you, and dialogue and context seems to assume you already know what happened.  I'm not sure if this is a deliberate narrative choice or some kind of accident, but it does bother me.

It's also very much only for people who enjoy massive gigantic breasts.  It seems to give absolutely zero thought to people who prefer smaller breasts, which, while extremely common in the erotic game sphere, is one of the more serious and egregious flaws to see, hence the 2 stars instead of a hopeful 4.
