I can appreciate that these are almost certainly characters set in a world that the creator put some work into, but there aren't many things in this introduction to the setting that make me particularly invested in the world. Part of that is that the yap to fetish content ratio is skewed very far towards the former, but, despite that we mostly only see the fear of a spanking and the gist that a probably innocent man might be executed. There are walls of text going into detail the retread the same prophecy without telling much else and retread the primary starting conflict, but aside from recounting a decent story of a spanking and triggering one, there isn't much that isn't restating the same things. This is particularly frustrating, because I am confident that there are many character's that exist within the setting that can be very interesting and I would like to know more about the religious beliefs and political factions of the setting. On the positive side of things the protagonists utter fear and feelings of humiliation over the mere prospect of getting her butt bared for a spanking are a breath of fresh air when it comes to people who want to see victims feel humiliated from a spanking. I hope that in future parts we get more spanking content, some lewd content, more characterization, and some insights on the world itself.
