This was a lovely story, and one that used the 'deer' theme of the game jam to tell a very interesting story about gender and acceptance. The characters were very endearing! I played the Alex ending and am happy with that ending, but it appears this game has two paths to try out too for those curious!

I did feel it was perhaps a little 'cramped', but that isn't a shock with game jams of course. Emilio coming out as trans to all her friends, and getting a boyfriend, and going dress shopping, are all lovely moments, but all of them happening in the same few hours was a lot at once! Also, I felt a little disconnected from Emilio- VNs are usually from a character's perspective, but I didn't find out about her planning on coming out as trans, or about trying on her mum's clothes, until she told the other characters. Perhaps a little more insight into what Emilio was thinking would have helped. 

But overall this was a lovely entry, and a nice positive one in a sea of horror stories I've read so far hah! So I'd definitely recommend it.
