This was one of the first bitsy games I ever played, and I've been coming back to it for years. Absolutely love everything about this exemplary game. A beautiful, tragic ballad-story, the colour shifts and text effects are so effective for progressing the narrative and portraying details that otherwise might have been sacrificed, the scenery and spritework is stunning, and while it is short, it is so potent in emotion. The story lives rent-free in my head. Wonderful, I will be coming to play again!
