damien is a perfect protagonist, he really walks the line between being likeable and relatable and being a shitty teenage boy. he's so clearly walking a walk that's been modeled for him by the culture he lives in, but he's still...annoying!!! in the best way!! the hints of depth we get into his character are all the more intriguing when juxtaposed with the things he says to the girls that make me want to crawl in a hole.

this game was also really effortlessly funny in a way that i really admire and envy lol. it captures the feeling of being a college freshmen so well.
