I might be a bit biased because I absolutely love horror and the themes you're exploring - but the moment I saw Don't Breathe, I was instantly hooked, especially by that opening scene  with the character I believe is the  "Evil Mom." I downloaded and played it, and the man... I loved the intro jumpscare! From that moment on, the whole atmosphere had me. Congrats on the awesome intro - I'm really looking forward to seeing how things unfold in the mansion!
