Returning to this game after 2 years, I can now say that this game absolutely did not grow to meet its potential or my expectations. It will take you HOURS upon HOURS of reading/clicking before you finally reach a point where the MC gets more than a handy-j. This game is one of the slowest burns in this genre, and the payoff is weak af. Ignoring the dip in quality after the opening hour that takes another couple hours to return to the quality of the opening hour, I found myself repeatedly let down by the "pay off" of completing a character's content. This is a game of missed potential and missed opportunities, where the best content is the side content such as the holiday specials. I still love some of the character designs, a couple of which i haven't seen better anywhere else; so it is all the more disappointing that the game refuses to provide the interactions that are the whole reason we are playing this game to begin with. x-ray is a unique mechanic, but it loses its luster faster than you'd imagine, especially when 90% of the opportunities to use it provide identical results of some very tame and uninteresting undergarments. I also found that the sister looked 100x better in the MC's memories than as the blonde you interact with during gameplay, who i find terribly off-putting. it's such a waste of a redesign.
