Sonic hentai games aren't exactly common, but even so, i don't see anything here that i couldn't find on Rule 34.

The gameplay loop is bad; having to repeat the same dialogues or press the same button repeatedly in the hope of accessing the 18+ scenes is not a good idea.

Fortunately, the dialogues are fairly consistent with the character's storyline.
