GIRL FRAME is a game alongside Praise the Hawkmoth King that I can fully see changing the PBTA scene. It's mechanically tightly but has space to breathe, room for players to struggle against its rules to learn just how hard a game can bite back. It's erotic, disturbing, and takes an honest look at the dehumanization of lesbians and trans women by a fascist world taken to its absolute end. If games are a mirror, what does this say about us?
