This game was great until the true ending as of version 0.3, where it dug itself a huge plot hole seemingly just to have a "twist ending" out of nowhere, ignoring how the SCP MalO works.

When it was brought to their attention the Game Dev just said it was "addressed in a subtle way" and to "go back and listen to what Si-Won says and experiences." Assuming someone was even willing to do that in the first place. What makes them think this "subtle" answer to such a huge plot hole, which affects the game down to its very concept, won't be missed over and over again?

Having 100% the game as of version 0.3, I personally believe there is no answer in the game to this plot hole. That the Game Dev is just saying there is a "subtle" one and banking on people being too lazy to go looking for it. This plot hole is so deep it retroactively affects the beginning of the game. You know, the beginning of the game where our Protagonist is directed to the MalO App by a text from their Friend? Which would mean that his Friend also has the MalO App on her phone? Which would mean...
