Unsure if the creator is still working on it, he DID say he would only stop working on it if he was dead which.. uh.. I hope isn't the case. Still, it's worth the cost for what's here already. It's pretty damn immersive and unnerving, and I always found something new in the first episode when I looked hard enough.
