There are way too many points that require you to wait for a specific amount of time or wait for a random event to happen
If deliveries are part of the waiting time that makes sense, but for the player to be told "Just wait a few days :)" while nothing happens and new scenes cant be unlocked, its annoying and frustrating

if the paywall is hiding a "Pass day" cheat, you've made a 'pay to win' model for a porn game.

Other than that its a decently made visual novel style game.
