i think this is a phenomenal way to make people aware of just how much money this guy has, but also what the costs are for each thing he can fix. 
like, the flint water crisis only takes $55mil to fix? are you serious? that's like if i were to give someone one shrimp out of my grocery store party pack shrimp cocktail ring, and that's not even including dipping it in the cocktail sauce. the government could just like... FIX that!! hell, a few guys on long island with a good stock portfolio can fix that!!
