For many this is an incredible tool that will provide exactly what you are looking for. But the UI is difficult to look at with any sort of vision difficulties even when picking the large UI, and it's difficult to make male presenting avatars. It's features initially made it an attractive free option, but as of v0.2 it wasn't worth the data it took to download.
