Things I don't like:

Animations are not smooth and become laughable - not scary. Enemies walk through doors + go on wheels, its hard to take serious. The gameplay loop becomes tedious, running around and avoiding enemy and unlock next area, maybe consider building up the pace of the game and giving story to create impact on scares, not just going into the next area and doing the same thing as the first one. The game is extremely short for the price range IMO.

Things I liked:

The graphics are decent, with well placed models and objects used to create atmosphere.
