Gameplay loop is pretty fun and the grind is good. The writing is short enough to keep interest, but long enough to be descriptive, it's pretty hot, and describes the ai art very well. Only issue I had noticed, was the problem multiple others had with leveling the monsters. The randomness of it made it hard to level everything once a few monsters were "maxed out." Those monsters would get chosen to be upgraded instead of the 1st level monsters you just unlocked. This made it difficult to level all the monsters high enough to see all the art and names. This would also affect the balancing because there would be a monster that hasn't been upgraded in a while, which are easy takedowns. I suggest that in place of the current monster upgrade system, all monsters level up and stay even in total stats, but only one monster will evolve. Evolution happens randomly still, but can only happen to monsters that aren't at their maximum evolution. It would also be nice to pick the location you fight in, but it wouldn't bother me if it wasn't implemented. I think this game still has a lot of room for growth, pun intended, if Tsquare77 still wants to work on this game. If not, then it's a great game as is.
