With a few tweaks here and there, this system turned out to be a great base to work off of to get my friends into roleplaying games. Just enough mechanics to feel engaging without overwhelming, with a focus on blending all sorts of challenges and conflicts together rather than dedicated combat or communication systems. Very easy to homebrew for different settings as well, so I would recommend this to people even if they aren't fans of the Fallen London universe.
