The gameplay is very interesting and takes a novel approach to a sex-based RPG, but tends to be pretty grindy. Still, there's lots of simple systems that work together for a fairly deep system. I love a game that can marry sex with gameplay, especially with a female protagonist, which is what drew me to the game. But the big balloon tits and non-consensual nature of most sex scenes are a big enough turn-off that I never finished it.

That said, there's a lot of content here if that's what you're into! I played for a couple dozen hours before bailing on it. All-in-all, a well made game that's just not my thing.
