DraftCity is a clever card-based roguelite city builder that blends strategic deck management with satisfying city growth mechanics. The well-balanced card systm - split into instant effects, buildings and upgrades makes each turn feel meaningful and actually fun to play. While the randomised map adds some depth through terrain based placement, it is a bit underused; adding events or interactive elements could make it far more engaging in my view. However the progression system with unlockable cards and evolving goals keeps gameplay fresh and keeps the player coming back for more. Overall DraftCity is a highly enjoyable game in its early stages with huge potential - and it's really well worth playing.
