It feels like a nice return to a more focused idea, Akabur's return to what seems to be his favorite subject (Jasmines tits) is a great gameplay expansion to his previous games. It shows the growth of gameplay loop that he has successfully mixed up to make it rarely feel stale.
The new girls are nice,  and fleshed out. While it does seem to be less feeling like you are corrupting compared to Witch Trainer or Princess Trainer, that honestly that doesn't seem like the focus of Queen Trainer. It's more suggestive than coercive. It does actually make sense at the end of the game, in a satisfactory way.
The best part about the game is honestly that you thought you beat the game without it overstaying it's welcome. You get to an ending, and then find out that you just got through maybe 25% of the game. Akabur did a fantastic job here expanding the game to a new game plus scenario, that is both new but not disruptive.

Final thoughts.
I still recommend playing all of his trainer games in order ( Princess Trainer, Witch Trainer, then Queen Trainer), you get a feel of the story flow and some of the actions of your main character, and the main subject (Jasmine). He's outdone himself with this sequel.
