Everything between the second and last few chapters is just a total fever dream (not an insult), I found myself being so confused during the beginning and wondering if I would ever understand what the fuck was going on. The game is made in such a well crafted way for the player to put the pieces together and the game felt significantly less mind-fucky as you start getting more information in the last few chapters.
