Dumb.
Forced drama.
Asshole MC exists to be an asshole... for no real good reason. The intent is probably for some redemption arc but you have to make assholes human/realistic so the readers can connect and this guy sucks and should be shot.
unrealistic interpersonal interactions driving the narrative. Expected in bad porn movies, but that's not why people watch porn movies. Also, porn usually goes sexy where this AVN goes YELLING ALL THE TIME EVERYONE AT EVERYTHING BLAR BLAR BLARGGHHH.
Lighting really washes the images out. Needs a better balance (assuming it's possible with honey select models. I'm pretty sure it is but I don't know).
The idea that an injured star player is coming in to coach and revive a dying/dead team is intriguing and I'm here for the concept. However, the author missed that coaches aren't great because they did a thing. They're great because they connect human beings and build up individuals. The MC didn't do this with his team "weird loner carrying them due to athletic ability as opposed to uniting them". The short bit I've read in chapter one the MC isn't doing it with the potential players and instead picking fights. Clearly self centered as opposed to being focused on others.
I'm always annoyed when games accuse guys for being sexual predators for saying hi. This game does it two at of three meetings with women and then I noped out.
MC puts down woman as being difficult because she's calling him on his BS. MC sounds like a sexist asshole who has never and will never get laid. This is apart from just being an asshole, which is clearly established, but I bring it up again because the game keeps hammering it home.
A game shouldn't annoy me this much in under 30 minutes.
TLDR: Good concept, horrible execution, make people likable/relatable even if they're playing a temporary villain. Not everything needs to be a shouting match and conflict should be believable with realistic reasons for existing.
