This is a well done game. Very well done and clearly a lot of effort has been put into it. That being said, I feel that the warning should clarify the fact it is real images of death and gore, not simulated images. I misunderstood this warning thinking it would be simulated death and gore. This game has a very unique style and expresses mental illness in a very creative form. It is worth a play, but go in knowing you will see actual images of death/gore.
