I had initial doubts as to how engaging this would be, and as to the "game" elements of what seems merely an outsourcing DM tool. But I was pleasantly surprised. I played this with two friends, and we poured several hours into crafting the cities lore. We had great fun referring to one another's factions and ended up with a short but vibrant backstory for the city.
