Really fantastic piece that never loses sight of its aims. I appreciate the restraint in not including a good path, as it would have come into conflict with the themes and intended experience. There's a great balance between textual and metatextual suffering throughout.

I appreciate that it feels like both the horror and erotica elements are there at the benefit of the story. It would be too easy to fall into the trap of an overly self aware parody where either the sexual or non-sexual elements feel shallow, but it instead manages to feel painfully sincere. I think that's all at the benefit of the fantastic direction - this game is aesthetically strong, well choreographed, paced well, and really makes the most of the ren.py framing.

It really does feel like a spiritual successor to PC-98 erotica games without feeling like a hacky nostalgic throwback. It carries on that legacy while being firmly rooted in the 2020s. Great stuff, looking forward to seeing more sad transgender puppygirls from the author.
