House of Necrosis was not what I expected, in a very good way! It feels like a fresh mix of very oldschool JRPG design with some Resident Evil and mystery dungeon thrown in!

The mechanics are surprisingly deep  and cool (monsters get to evolve? You need to figure ot stuff on your own? Very cool!) if a bit overbearing in breadth(Magic, etc.), and the art style hits an absolute nostalgia blind spot for me.

Rough around the edges, but will surely be something amazing at full release! Wishlisted on steam!
