(Disclaimer: I don't like dudes, but I'll avoid letting that affect my rating. That said, in lewd games with mixed gender options, they really should include one of each by default instead of begging RNGesus to let you unlock a character of the gender you want.)
(If you're wondering, there's like 20 dudes and like 3 characters that... might be girls? I think most of the people that follow me are into girls by virtue of me making mostly female content, but IDK.)
(Also, you can add a custom character, but you need 10 pictures of them getting bigger and add that to the game's files.)

Anyway, I think my biggest complaint here is that the game is a LOT more RNG heavy than most other Roguelites/Roguelikes. Is the next floor >50% lava? Dead. Nothing you can do unless you got the roughly 1/10 chance of getting something that'll save you (one map for me rolled as an actual checkerboard of lava, for example. Super dead.)
Random events, random events from opening chests, random skills on level up, even a super common event that lets you randomize what skills your character has (though thankfully you can say no.)

Instead of mainly complaining about the RNG,  I guess I can complain about gameplay mechanics too. Kind of an annoyance is that it's a WG game, but being fat is basically an automatic loss, as the bigger you are, the more stamina it takes to move. I'm talking like 5x stamina costs or more, and most stamina gains are additive, so unless you've got a character that you've RNG'd into having skills to make being fat bearable, you wont have the stamina to make it halfway across the board. This is made worse in ice levels because snow tiles add even more to the stamina cost. It's shocking how many snow levels spawn with the whole map just being snow tiles. Commonly causes an automatic loss. Cold = stamina death, hot = HP death.
I guess this ties into RNG too, since your only way to mitigate hazards like this is getting lucky enough to draw the right effect on a random card/skill roll.
Uh, back to the original topic, haha, TL;DR: you're not going to see your character fat very often, it's too risky and there's no gameplay reward for being fat.

Rambling aside, the reasons I didn't rate this lower was because it's got a custom character option, the game's simple and free, and there's a good amount of playtime here if you choose to try to get everything.
