Notes:

Didn't expect to like this game nearly as much as I did. I honestly don't care for tickling much, but this game won me over - great amount of h-content mixed in, great story setup, well paced, and doesn't overstay its welcome. Would recommend for bondage fans even if you don't care for tickling.
